What happens at Sunday@Seven?

We always start with drinks and food. It's good to get to know each other, catch up with friends, and meet new people.

After about 20 minutes, we sit down round tables and carry on eating as we look together at the Bible. Because the Bible is God speaking to us today, he has something to say about how we live. So each week we look to listen to God, and to work out how the Bible is relevant for our particular lives. We want to hear from everyone, so a lot of the 'teaching' is actually just chatting round tables, as well as listening to short talks. It means we're able to say what we think, ask questions, and listen to others.

Each week we also sing, though there's absolutely no pressure to join in if you don't want to! And at times those who want to can speak to God in prayer.

This part of the meeting finishes at 8.20ish, though most people hang around for a while afterwards.

We also meet up in the week - on Wendesday evenings anyone who wants to get together to read the Bible and pray meet at Insight.

We meet up socially: the next few months will bring paintballing, a murder mystery evening, pizza nights, football matches, lads' curries, girly nights and much more. And because we want to serve those around us we also look to help our community, including taking teenagers from Ganton Special School tenpin bowling.
